This is Ban Appeal with Fred Rogers. A Black Cat tradition since 2011, offering community members a second chance. If you have been banned from any Black Cat service, you can seek redemption by watching the provided episode of Mr. Rogers’ Neighborhood and taking the assessment that follows.

- After filing your appeal, disregard any meters or notices that state whether you’ve passed or failed.
- The course instructor will review your appeal and determine whether your access will be restored.
- This is a remedial course, an appeal that can be filed only once until it is reset by an administrator.
